•    Every section in the student book contains of a picture of the PowerPoint slide and describing text. Not all text according to syllabus is in the book, but at the end of each section there is a reference to the ITIL practitioner book according to syllabus.
•    The slide number on the picture matches the slide numbers in the teacher PowerPoint presentation.
•    Sample papers, rationales and syllabus are located at the back of the book.

E-book course structure
The student book contains:

Course preparation

ITIL Practitioner course is more of a workshop, than a teaching class. The workshops can be very time consuming and needs to be prepared.

1.      Create your own workshop case, and complete all the workshops with your case. This gives you a better knowledge about the workshops and the material should be presented as examples before every workshop during the course. This will save you a lot of time.
2.           Note that the workshop answers provided with this course package is only an example, there can be other answers that also are correct.
3.       All workshops are designed to be non-scenario specific, you can use any scenario of your choice.
4.       If you are tutoring a company specific class, you have the option to let the students use their own company as the training scenario. This will simplify the workshops, save time and give the students a much better experience.
5.       If you tutoring a class with e-books, print the workshops as handouts. One option is to give the excel workbook file for digital use.
6.       Remind the students that this is an open book exam, and ONLY the original ITIL Practitioner book is allowed. They cannot use the student book provided in this package.
